My contents page was also hard to create as I didn’t think my flat pan idea was a good layout to use. To overcome this problem I then went on to Google to see examples and found one that I liked.
The reason I liked this one over my flat plan design is because it looked more professional and had the same codes and conventions you would expect to see in a grime magazine. Another issue I had to overcome while doing my contents page was making it match with my front cover in terms of colour scheme and fonts. To do this I constantly looked at my front cover while creating my contents page and copied over the same fonts from my front cover.
